Russell Soaba
Biography
Russell Soaba was born in Tototo, Milne Bay in 1950. He was educated in Papua New Guinea, Australia and at Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island. He currently teaches at the University of Papua New Guinea and works as an editor for a local publisher.
