Zyranna Zateli
Biography
Zyranna Zateli was born in 1951 in in Sochos near Thessaloniki. She studied drama and worked as an actress in theatre and radio. She then dropped out and wandered round Europe. On return to Athens, she took up writing and published short stories and novels, which had considerable success. Only one of her novels has been published in English, though several have been published in French.
