Biography
Ece Temelkuran was born in Izmir in 1973. She graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Law. She worked as a journalist and TV presenter but was fired from Habertürk TV after writing articles critical of the government. Her articles have been published throughout the world. She has written twelve books, four of which have now appeared in English.
