Daur Nachkebia
Biography
Daur Nachkebia was born in 1970 in Pakuash in the Ochamchira district. He studied physics at the Tbilisi State University. He taught physics at Abkhazia’s State University. He was later chief editor of Abkhazia’s Russian radio service. He was later minister of education in Abkhazia. He has written articles, works of prose and one novel which has been translated into English. Some of his short stories have been translated into German.
