Alison Langley
Biography
Alison Langley was born in Missouri but grew up in Minnesota. She later worked. as a journalist before heading for Germany where she worked as a financial journalist, soon transferring to Zurich. After marrying a Reuters journalist, she moved to Budapest soon after the fall of communism where she worked as a journalist and organised training for nurses on behalf of Unicef and the World Health Organization. Various other European moves saw the family moving to a remote farmhouse in the Alps, where she wrote her first and so far only novel.
