Chris Scott
Biography
Chris Scott was born in Hull, in Yorkshire, England, in 1945. After education in England and the United States, he took up teaching at York University, Toronto. He has since worked as a scriptwriter and producer for Canadian radio and has also taught creative writing. He is best-known for his novel Bartleby, an anti-novel in the Tristram Shandy style.
