Biography

Nicolás Giacobone was born in Buenos Aires in 1975. He has a cinematic background, as his maternal grandfather was a film director and his uncle an actor. His cousin is a scriptwriter with whom Giacobone has worked. His wife is the trans actress and model Mariana Genesio Peña. He has made his career as scriptwriter and won an Oscar as co-scriptwriter for the film Birdman in 2014. He has written one novel.
