Mark Danielewski
Biography
Mark Danielewski was born in 1966. His father was the Polish-born avant-garde film-maker Tad Danielewski, who died in 1993. His sister is the singer Poe. His first novel, House of Leaves, which is more than seven hundred pages long, took ten years to write. He is currently producing a 27 volume opus, the first five volumes which have allegedly been delivered to publishers (plural). “The story concerns a 12 year old girl who finds a kitten, according to Danielewski.
