Hanne Ørstavik
Biography
Hanne Ørstavik was born in 1969 in Tana, Finnmark North Norway. She moved to Oslo when she was sixteen. She took a master’s degree from the University of Osloin psychology, French and sociology. She went on to write a series of well-received novels, three of which have been translated into English.
