Omaima Al-Khamis
Biography
Omaima Al-Khamis was born in Riyadh in 1966. She is the daughter of the writer Abdullah bin Khamis. She has a bachelor’s degree in Arabic literature from King Saud University and a diploma in English language from the University of Washington. She worked in the educational sector as a teacher and was then director of the Educational Media Department of the Ministry of Education. She has written novels, stories, children’s books and articles for the press.
